shipping & returns
If you choose the Standard Shipping option, your order will ship after the normal processing time. Packages should be received 3-5 business after the package has been shipped. Shipping fee will be a flat rate of $10 per order.
If you choose the In-Store Pickup option, your order will be available the next business day. If your order after 11:59 on Saturday, your order will be available on Thursday.
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are allowed to exchange within 7 days of receipt of the package.
Exchange request will need to be submitted by email or you can come into the store. All exchanges not received within 7 days after receipt of package or purchase will be disqualified for exchange.
All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, or unraveling/cutting of the wefts. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred for the returned package.
Processing time is 1-2 business days after the order is submitted. Order processing begins the next business day after the order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
